THE MARRIAGE COURSE
- 7 sessions
- For married or long-term couples
- Helpful both for strengthening healthy relationships and navigating challenging seasons
Topics include:
- communication
- conflict resolution
- emotional and physical intimacy
- forgiveness and rebuilding trust
- shared vision for the future

THE PRE-MARRIAGE COURSE
- 5 sessions
- For couples preparing for marriage
- Creates space to discuss key topics before the wedding
Topics include:
- expectations and values
- finances and responsibility
- family and boundaries
- differences and conflict
- decision-making and future plans
HOW THE COURSE WORKS
Each session is designed as a date night for two, built around dinner.
- dinner at your own private table
- professionally produced video content
- guided, private conversations only between you and your partner
⏱ Each session lasts about 2 hours.
There is:
- no group discussion
- no public sharing
- no therapy setting
- no analysis of your answers
- Your conversations stay completely private.
